Individual Therapy

I specialize in treating OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard evidence-based treatment for OCD. My approach is direct, supportive, and transparent, so you always know what we are working on and why.

While ERP is a central focus of my work with OCD, my approach to treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and related concerns integrates tools from CBT, ACT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy. Individual therapy is a collaborative space where we work together to build practical skills, increase flexibility, and create change at a pace that feels both challenging and supportive.

Family Therapy

When a child or young adult is struggling with OCD or an anxiety disorder, it often impacts the entire family system. Family therapy focuses on helping caregivers and family members understand anxiety and OCD more clearly and learn how to respond in ways that support recovery.

I guide families in addressing patterns such as reassurance-seeking, avoidance, and accommodation, while maintaining compassion, structure, and clear boundaries. Drawing from ERP and behavioral interventions, I help families reduce unhelpful cycles, strengthen communication, and rebuild trust and confidence at home.

Parent Coaching

Parenting is challenging, and it can feel especially overwhelming when your child is struggling with anxiety, OCD, or emotional regulation. Parent coaching provides caregivers with practical, research-backed strategies that are developmentally appropriate and tailored to your family’s unique needs.

With my background in DBT and behavioral interventions, I support parents in learning how to respond effectively to anxiety-driven behavior. The goal is to help parents feel more confident, supported, and equipped without feeling blamed or overwhelmed.
