My Experience
I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety disorders, using a clear and compassionate approach that’s grounded in evidence-based treatment.
I completed intensive ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) training through the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania, and I also use tools from CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy to personalize treatment.
Before becoming a therapist, I studied Sociology and Child & Adolescent Psychopathology at NYU, and earned my Master’s in Social Work at UCLA.
Clinically, I bring years of experience working with middle and high school students across residential and outpatient settings. I’ve supported youth struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, learning differences, and emotional regulation, and have worked closely with families and schools around academic accommodations. Being raised in Los Angeles, I also understand the unique pressures many adolescents face from high academic expectations to complex social pressures.
My goal now is to help clients feel seen, supported, and understood, not just as a diagnosis or set of symptoms, but as a whole people.
Services
Individual Therapy
I specialize in treating OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My approach is direct, supportive, and grounded in transparency so you always know what to expect. While ERP is a core focus, I also integrate tools from CBT, DBT, and ACT to support the whole person. Whether you're struggling with OCD or other challenges like anxiety, depression, or trauma, therapy is a space where we can work together to build lasting change.
Family Therapy
When a loved one is struggling with OCD or an anxiety disorder, it affects the entire family. In family therapy, I guide families in learning how to respond to reassurance-seeking, avoidance, or compulsive behaviors with compassion and boundaries. With my background in ERP and behavioral interventions, I help families reduce accommodation patterns while improving communication and trust.
Parent Coaching
Parenting is hard and even harder when your child is struggling. In parent coaching, I support caregivers with strategies that are developmentally appropriate, research-backed, and specific to your family’s needs. My background in DBT and behavioral interventions allows me to offer tools that address not just your child’s challenges, but also the stress and emotional toll that parenting can bring.
